Supporting Access to Educational and University Resources

Context

Access to educational and university resources is essential for enabling students to pursue their studies in good conditions.

In some higher education institutions, particularly in Africa, students and teachers may face limited access to books, scientific publications, computers and other resources required for learning and research.
